Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

In line with our commitment to food safety, freshness, and quality, all food products, including promotional and discounted items, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless otherwise stated or in cases of incorrect items received.

Stockout Events & Refunds

While we take great care to ensure accurate stock availability, there may be rare occasions where an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed. Should this happen, our team will contact you promptly and offer one of the following options, based on your preference:

•    A partial refund for the unavailable item, or

•    A replacement product of similar value

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you receive incorrect item(s) (e.g. wrong product or quantity), we’re really sorry about the inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sharing your order number and reason for the refund request, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

To help us verify the issue quickly, kindly provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice. Please keep the item unopened and in its original packaging while we review the case. Each request will be assessed carefully by our team to determine the most appropriate resolution.

 

If you have concerns regarding product quality, we understand how important this is to you. Please share a photo of the manufacturing date for reference, and our team will review the details and follow up accordingly.

Please note that quality-related enquiries do not automatically qualify for refunds, as all food products are non-returnable once delivered. However, we will always do our best to assess each case fairly and support you where possible.
